Attention all members of Ngee Ann Polytechnic Strings!!
Date of AGM: 30th April 2007
Location of AGM: Lecture Theatre 73A
Time of AGM: 6.30pm (tentative)
Please be punctual!! Though 'We are Family' but it isn't nice to let your family members wait. =)
For all who wants to join our NP Strings family, we welcome you with wide-stretched arms.=)
Come down to our clubhouse 73-02-02 which is above canteen 1's drink stall from 21st April to 26th April to sign up and then come down for our AGM.
If you are unable to make it on these few days, do not fret. Just come down on the day of AGM, at the stated time, day and location(as indicated above) to attend and registar.
All members, please bring along $50 on the day of AGM to pre-purchase Virtuoso XIV's tickets.
Every member is expected to sell AT LEAST 5 tickets and if you are able to sell more like 15 tickets=), You are super duper!! =)
For those yet to be members, you are encouraged to come watch the concert. You can purchase $10 or $12 tickets for the concert. Just bring along the exact amount of cash on the day of AGM and you would be able to purchase the tickets right on the spot.
